A whole body workout suitable for all levels.

Here’s a nice whole body workout that everyone can have a go at.

I’ve included different intensity levels suitable for complete beginners (and the Little Ninjas), those with a little bit of training, and then a bit more of a challenge for the more experienced members.

Should take the beginners aound 15-20 minutes

If you do it properly, no cheating, with the recommended rest between rounds it’s about 30-40 mins for the highest level.
