This list is the primary contact method used for Academy correspondence such as newsletters and important updates etc.  It is essential that we have at least one email contact per family to ensure we can reach everyone when needed.

Please ensure we have an active email contact for each student (or main family contact email if more than one) enrolled in the Academy.  If it’s more convenient for you, please feel free to add more names to the list.   If you’d like to add another email address to the list, simply fill in the form on this page and it will add you automatically.

This is an automated system using the ‘Mailchimp’ email list service, which is great for us as it enables us to set things up to all work automatically and send reminders/follow ups etc.   As they are very strict about spam etc. we need to ensure the addresses added are correct and we’ve set it up to check that so the system will sending you confirmation email with a link to click on to confirm you want to be added. Once you’ve done that you’re all set.

So, as soon as you’ve completed the form, please check your email. You should receive the confirmation mail within a couple of minutes.

Please ensure that the @blackbeltacademy.info domain is included in your ‘safe senders’ list or ‘white list’ in your email program.
