Separate Classes for Adults and Children
We recognise that children and adults train for different reasons and also that they learn in very different ways. Because of this we have seperate classes suitable for all ages.
- Adults – Taekwondo and Mixed Martial Arts
- Juniors (7-11) – “Little Dragons” – Junior Taekwondo
- Juniors (5-6) “Little Ninjas” – ‘pre-school martial arts’
